Happy Summer 🌞
Today I want to re-share something close to my heart—because I believe it’s so important. It’s easy to overlook self-care, self-love, and even self-respect. So often, we become our own harshest critic… when we don’t have to be.
We live in a stressful world. We’re all doing our best—and honestly, we’re doing pretty well, if I may say so.
So here’s a small favor I’m asking of you: give yourself more credit. For everything—even the smallest things.
Take a deep breath. Relax your shoulders. Unclench your jaw. Now, name one thing you’re grateful for about yourself. Don’t overthink it—just say it.
And now, read on ;)

A Note on Self-Love for June 🌼
Self-love doesn’t begin when you lose those five pounds, land the dream job, meet the perfect partner, or fit into those old jeans. It starts when you choose to accept and appreciate yourself as you are, right now.
Embrace your journey—whether or not it looks like anyone else’s. Celebrate your progress, no matter how small. True self-love is unconditional. It doesn’t depend on achievements, appearances, or checking boxes.
Self-love happens right here, right now, as you are.
There will always be something else to chase, another goal to reach, another milestone to hit. The key is finding contentment in the present moment. To appreciate how far you’ve come. To be grateful for the person you’re becoming.
Remember: self-love is a journey, not a destination.
If you can love yourself exactly where you are, that’s peace. And peace can only come from within.
There’s a reason we’re told to put on our own oxygen mask first. When you show yourself love and kindness, you’re better able to share love and kindness with the world. It’s simple—and somehow, beautifully complex at the same time.

A gentle practice to try today 🌼
Journaling prompt: What’s one thing I appreciate about who I am right now? What small way can I honor myself today?
Simple breath practice: Close your eyes. Inhale slowly through your nose for a count of 4. Hold for 4. Exhale gently through your mouth for 6. Repeat 3–5 times, letting each breath remind you: I am enough, just as I am.
Affirmation: I am worthy of love, care, and kindness—especially from myself.
Sending love,
