April Favorites & May Intentions 🌼
favorite supplement, noticing the little things, self-care dates
Hello May 🌼
April showers bring May flowers, and I am *so* ready to see all of the color, beauty and spring produce emerge.
With a new month comes a chance to reflect on last month’s favorites and set new intentions for the one ahead :)
April Favorites
New favorite supplement
Lately, my digestive system has needed a little extra support, so I added Liver Juice by Organic Olivia into my routine—and it’s made a noticeable difference. This blend of herbs is designed to support both phase 1 and phase 2 detoxification pathways, which are how our bodies process and eliminate toxins. When these pathways are supported, it can lead to improvements in digestion, inflammation, energy, and even skin health.
Personally, I’ve noticed better digestion and more regularity since starting it. It’s also worth noting that the liver plays a key role in metabolizing and clearing histamine, so with spring in full bloom (and all the histamine that comes with it), this has been a timely and helpful addition for me.
Seeing hearts everywhere
You know when you bring awareness to something, you start to notice it more? Well I've been seeing heart shapes all around me lately, especially in nature. In clouds, in rocks, in fallen leaves… it’s been a fun thing that’s brought more sunshine into my days.
Getting my nails done
I had a little self-care morning with one of my best friends recently—workout class, coffee, and nails. It felt indulgent in the best way and reminded me how powerful it is to carve out time for simple pleasures. I highly recommend treating yourself to something you don’t normally do. It might seem small, but what it brings can ripple into the days that follow.
Noticing the colors of spring
There’s something special about the first colors of spring—the bright greens, yellows and pinks that's so fun to see after a grey winter. And so heartwarming :)

May Intentions
Limit your to-do list to just 3 things a day
(I’ve learned that) narrowing your focus to three meaningful tasks makes the day feel more spacious and helps avoid burnout.
Immerse yourself in nature
Nature truly does heal. Whether it’s a walk, a hike, or just sitting under a tree, make it a regular part of your week. Your nervous system will thank you.
Create something from scratch
A couple of my friends have really been leaning into the homesteading lifestyle lately, and it’s been so fun to hear about. I've been inspired to make homemade yogurt, so wish me luck!
Try a new coffee shop
This month, I want to step outside my usual routine and try a new coffee shop. I’m such a creature of habit and tend to go to the same favorites, so thought this would be a fun thing to do!

Thank you for being here, it means so much.
Here’s to a new month <3
sending love,
kenzie
