Dear friends,
I’ve been reflecting on a few things lately, and I wanted to share some reminders that have been on my heart. These are things I’m working on embracing, and maybe they’ll resonate with you too.
You can always begin again. Start over whenever you need to—at any moment, on any day. You don’t have to wait for the “perfect time.” Whether it’s right now, tomorrow morning, or whenever feels right for you, it’s your timeline. Honor that.
Please, if you take away anything from this, let it be this: you don’t need to put pressure on yourself to reinvent everything all at once. You are enough just as you are.
Old keys won’t unlock new doors. What worked in the past might not be what you need now, and that’s okay. Meet yourself where you are—with grace and understanding.
It’s okay to be selfish sometimes. Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish in the negative sense—it’s essential. When you prioritize your well-being, you’re able to show up better for others. Make space for the things that bring you joy, light your spark, and help you feel like you.
Give yourself grace. Life is always shifting, and no day is going to be perfect. A bad moment or a rough day doesn’t define you. Every morning is a blank page, waiting for your story. You hold the pen—what will you write?
Don’t take life too seriously. Stressing over perfection isn’t worth it. Joy is a nutrient too, so let yourself have it. Do the things that make you smile, the things that fill your heart.

Sending so much love your way, always.
Kenzie
